Writ filed in Supreme Court against Prime Minister's appointment and oath

Kathmandu: A writ has been filed in the Supreme Court against the appointment and oath of the Prime Minister under Article 76(2) of the Constitution.

Khagendra Chapagai, Shailendra Gupta, and Deepak Adhikari filed a writ in the Supreme Court on Monday demanding the annulment of the appointment and oath of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
