CIB submits investigation report about Baluwatar land grab without arresting any defendant

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has submitted investigation report of the Baluwatar land grab scam to the Kathmandu District Attorney Office.
The CIB, has yet to reveal the number of defendants and claim demanded of them. A source has revealed that arrest warrant has been issued against more than 300 persons including Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar and former chief of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Deep Basnet.
