Nepal Weightlifting Association Hosts Anti-Doping Awareness and Rehabilitation Program

The Nepal Weightlifting Association (NWA) organized a specialized "Anti-Doping Awareness and Rehabilitation" program today at the National Training Center in Dashrath Stadium, Tripureshwor.

Aimed at promoting clean and dignified sportsmanship, the event was chaired by the association's Acting President, Bijendra Bikram Shah, and featured Ranjana Pradhan, a board member of the National Sports Council, as the chief guest. During her address, Pradhan emphasized that anti-doping education is indispensable for athletes and noted that such initiatives are vital for maintaining the integrity and international reputation of Nepali sports.
