Real Madrid Defeats Benfica 2-1 to Advance in Champions League Play-off

Kathmandu. In the second leg of the Champions League play-off held today, Real Madrid defeated Benfica by a score of 2-1. With this victory, Real Madrid advanced to the next stage of the competition with an aggregate score of 3-1.

Benfica took the initial lead in the match played at their home ground. Rafa Silva scored in the 14th minute to give the visiting team the lead. However, just two minutes later, in the 16th minute, Aurélien Tchouaméni scored the equalizer for Real Madrid.
