Weather forecast: Chances of precipitation across country for three days

KATHMANDU, Aug 12: The Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast precipitation at many places in the country in the next three days, as the axis of the monsoon low pressure is situated towards the north (near Nepal) from its normal position.

The Division said there is the possibility of the monsoon low-pressure axis shifting more towards Nepal in the coming some days also due to the influence of the low-pressure system developing in the northwest parts of Bihar and areas around India.
