Talks between Deuba and Prachanda, cabinet expansion possible today

KATHMANDU: JULY 29 – A meeting has been held between Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Chairman of the ruling Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
