Disaster preparedness intensified in Rasuwa

Rasuwa, 16 June (2022) - Keeping precaution on the potential effects of floods and landslides during the rainy season, search and rescue preparedness has been intensified in mountainous Rasuwa district.

As the rainy season has already set in and that it can trigger big loss of lives and properties, security agencies have engaged in preparedness practice to make search and rescue operations effective. The preparedness is to reduce the risks resulting in from the incidents of natural disasters in the rainy season.
