All Candidates in Myagdi Open Separate Bank Accounts for Upcoming House of Representatives Election

Myagdi. All candidates in the upcoming House of Representatives election in Myagdi have opened separate bank accounts. The Office of the Chief Election Officer stated that all 12 candidates competing in the district, which has a single constituency, have operationalized bank accounts for election purposes.

Chief Election Officer Suryabahadur Thapa informed that the decision made by the Election Commission to make election expenditures transparent and economical has been implemented by all candidates here. He stated that candidates must conduct their expenditure and income through the account opened upon the recommendation of the Office of the Chief Election Officer, and this will be monitored by the Office of the Treasury and Accounting Controller.
