Martyr's Father Demands Defeat of Leaders Accused in 'Jengji' Movement Violence in Upcoming Election

Biratnagar. Ganesh Chaulagai, the father of Shriyam Chaulagai, a martyr of the Jengji movement on Bhadra 23, stated that both those who incited the massacre and those who carried out the massacre must be defeated in the upcoming election.

Meeting with Ranjit Tamang, the candidate from the Communist Party of Nepal for Jhapa-5, on Tuesday, martyr father Chaulagai expressed anger towards both KP Oli and Balendra Shah, who are contesting in Jhapa-5. Arriving in Gauradaha-7, martyr father Chaulagai said, 'Both Balen, who incited the massacre, and Oli, who carried out the massacre, must be defeated.' He accused Balen and Ravi (Rabi Lamichhane) of abandoning the agenda of Jengji.
