Issuing a video message on social media, President Thapa noted that obtaining even basic government services has become a hassle for ordinary citizens. Criticizing the current administrative machinery, he stated, 'Endless queues, files constantly moving around, coupled with delays in work! Obtaining some government services has become a source of trouble for the common people.'
