Land transactions drop, revenue hits record high

KATHMANDU, July 22: Land transactions across the country decreased in the fiscal year 2024/25 compared to the previous year. However, despite the decline in transactions, revenue from land registration (Malpot) increased by about Rs 11 billion in FY 2023/24 compared to the year before.
