UN Security Council Convenes Emergency Meeting Following Israel-Iran Conflict Escalation

Kathmandu. Immediately following the outbreak of conflict between Israel and Iran, the United Nations has called for an emergency meeting of the Security Council. The UN called the emergency Security Council meeting on Saturday.

International media outlets reported that the meeting was called at the request of Bahrain, Colombia, China, Russia, and France.
