Himalayan Life Insurance Concludes 19th Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has concluded its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's assembly was held on Wednesday at Amrapali Banquet in Naxal, Kathmandu.

The assembly unanimously approved the Board of Directors' annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82, the auditor's report prepared according to NFRS for the period of FY 2081/82, the balance sheet and profit/loss account, the cash flow statement, and related schedules.
