Man Kills Wife with Axe in Sindhuli, Nepal

Sindhuli. A husband allegedly killed his wife by striking her with an axe in Ranipani, Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality-3, Sindhuli.

Local resident Bir Bahadur Rai, 45, attacked his 46-year-old wife, Rita Rai, with an axe at their home. She died on the spot, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Surya Prakash Subedi of the District Police Office. Upon receiving information about the incident, a team led by Police Inspector Naresh Kumar Rai arrested Bir Bahadur.
