Flood Devastates Rasuwa Region, Death Toll Rises to 939, 3925 Missing

Rescue and relief efforts continue in the affected areas following the devastating flood in the Bhote Koshi region of Rasuwa on August 27, but the situation remains challenging. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority's report as of 6 PM on Monday, the death toll from this disaster has reached 939, while 3,925 people remain out of contact.

Despite such a large number of missing persons, their relatives are in confusion and distress as detailed information about them has not been made public.
