Gold price up by Rs 1,100 per tola in the past one week

KATHMANDU, Oct 15: Price of the yellow metal has surged by Rs 1,100 per tola in the past one week in the Nepali market.

Prior to the Dashain festival, gold was being traded at Rs 93,000 per tola. However, as of Friday, the price of the fine gold was Rs 94,100 while the price of the worked gold was Rs 93,600 per tola.
