Snowfall forecast due to influence of Westerly trough

KATHMANDU: DEC. 1 – Snowfall has been forecast in the country for the next three days due to the influence of the Westerly trough and the low-pressure system formed at the Arabian Sea.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there is presently generally to mostly cloudy in Gandaki State, Lumbini State, Karnali State and Sudurpashchim State and partly to generally cloudy in the rest of the States.
