Zelenskyy States All Ukrainian Power Plants Damaged by Russian Attacks, Millions Face Cold Without Electricity

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that all power plants in Ukraine have been damaged due to the Russian invasion, forcing millions of citizens to face power cuts in the cold. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, which began on Saturday, he mentioned that people affected by the war are forced to endure the suffering of the cold due to the lack of electricity during winter.

Zelenskyy, addressing officials a few days before the fourth anniversary of Moscow's invasion, said, "The war has claimed tens of thousands of lives, devastated eastern Ukraine, and forced millions to flee."
