Suspicious Object Found in Kathmandu's Budhanilkantha Municipality; Bomb Disposal Team Deployed

Kathmandu. A suspicious object has been found in Chapali, Budhanilkantha Municipality-2, Kathmandu. SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, informed Ratopati that the object, wrapped in paper and connected with wires to a pressure cooker, was found abandoned on the internal road leading from Chapali towards Bhangal.

SP Bhattarai stated that it is yet to be confirmed whether the object is a bomb or a hoax. The suspicious object, discovered in the middle of the night, is being defused by the army on Wednesday morning.
