Constitutional Bench hearing writ against appointments of 52 officials to constitutional bodies

KATHMANDU: A Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court is hearing the writ petition on appointments of 52 officials in various constitutional bodies today.

Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had made these appointments during his premiership by bringing an ordinance to amend the constitutional council act.
