BP Koirala Cancer Hospital Marks International Childhood Cancer Day with Awareness Programs

Chitwan. On the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Day, BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital celebrated by organizing awareness-raising and creative programs with children. The hospital provided information about childhood cancer to the children and their guardians.

According to Dr. Umesh Nepal, Deputy Director of the hospital, the hospital celebrated Childhood Cancer Day by organizing various programs over three days. The programs included training for female community health volunteers on childhood cancer, a discussion session with guardians on problems and solutions, and a special ceremony for the children.
