High-Pressure System Dominates Nepal's Upper Atmosphere, Eastern Region Affected by Low Pressure

Kathmandu. Currently, the influence of a high-pressure system is present in the upper atmosphere of Nepal. Similarly, the influence of a low-pressure system is present in the lower atmosphere near the eastern region of Nepal.

According to the Department of Meteorology Forecasting, on Thursday, there will be partial cloud cover in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, while the weather in the remaining areas will remain mostly clear. Some places in the Terai region will experience fog in the morning, and the weather will remain mostly clear during the afternoon.
