Rural Film Festival in Namobuddha

Kavrepalanchok, 30 May (2023) - A three-day rural film festival is to be organized in Namobuddha of Kavrepalanchok. The festival is going to be held with the objective of encouraging films based on rural setting and environment, the organisers have said.

Celebrity Nepal is hosting the event with the support of the Film Development Board. A total of 26 films and documentaries based on the rural environment will be screed in the event to be held from coming June 8 to 10, said Raghunath Sapkota, president of Celebrity Nepal.
