Kulman Ghising Takes Early Lead in Kathmandu-3 Vote Count

Kathmandu. In the preliminary vote count for Kathmandu Constituency No. 3, Kulman Ghising of the Ujyalo Nepal Party has taken the lead with 1041 votes. His main rival, Raju Nath Pandey of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, is in second place with 748 votes.

Among other candidates, Ramesh Aryal of the Nepali Congress has secured 298 votes, Rameswor Phuyal of CPN (UML) has received 289 votes, and Niraj Lama of the Communist Party of Nepal has garnered 35 votes.
