Constitutional bench to hear petitions against ordinance making splitting of parties easier

The constitutional bench of Supreme Court (SC) will hear the petitions against the ordinance issued by President Bidya Devi Bhandari making splitting of parties easier on Friday.

The constitutional bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana, and Justices Deepak Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Hari Krishna Karki and Ishwore Khatiwada will hear the six petitions filed against the ordinance.
