Preliminary Results Show RSP Leading in Banke-1, CPN-UML Ahead in Banke-2 Constituency Elections

Kathmandu. Preliminary results are starting to emerge from the ongoing vote counting for the House of Representatives elections in Banke district. According to the latest vote tallies received, candidates from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have taken the lead in Banke Constituency No. 1, while the CPN (UML) candidate is leading in Constituency No. 2.

Constituency No. 1 : The RSP candidate, Suresh Kumar Chaudhary, has maintained the lead with 974 votes. He is being followed by Narayan Prasad Gaudel of the Nepali Congress with 463 votes. The UML candidate, Surya Prasad Dhakal, is in third place with 238 votes.
