Paving Project Begins on Beni-Pulachaur Road in Myagdi

Myagdi. Paved road construction has commenced in Pulachaur, Ward No. 5 of Beni Municipality. The Beni-Pulachaur-Todke road project has been initiated through a cost-sharing partnership between Beni Municipality and the Federal Government.

Surat KC, Mayor of Beni Municipality, informed that the road in Pulachaur, which was opened in BS 2064, is now being paved and blacktopped. "We have started the road upgrade project with a 60 percent cost share from Beni Municipality and 40 percent from the Federal Government," he stated. "Over three fiscal years, as a phased program, we are paving the road section from Purundi to Pulachaur and then to Naya Gaun."
