Young man dead in ‘a musket gun misfire’ during hunting

Police detain 10 suspects for investigation.

A 24-year-old man, Naresh Sarki, was killed “after a musket gun misfired” during hunting at Barchhen of Badikedar Rural Municipality, Ward 1. According to the Doti District Police Office, Sarki had gone on a hunt to the forest on Thursday evening and died on the spot after a bullet struck his right chest.
