Information and Communication Minister Dr. Timilsina Inspects Landslide-Affected Areas in Nuwakot

Trishuli. Information and Communication Minister Dr. Vikram Timilsina today observed landslides in various places in Nuwakot and the settlements at risk due to them. After the observation, Minister of Communication Dr. Timilsina instructed the subordinate bodies to make arrangements for the immediate necessary protection and relocation of settlements at risk due to landslides, and to operate the blocked roads, drinking water, and electricity services.

He took information about the landslide in Semrangbhir in Suryagadhi Rural Municipality-1 and the settlements at risk from it, and then observed the landslide in Phatpur and Paharethok in Ward No. 2, and the settlements at risk from it, the blocked road traffic, electricity service, and the damage to the Dwaache drinking water project's pipeline.
