No new entity needed for reconstruction

One year is not enough. We need at least two years to rebuild damaged structures.

At least 154 people lost their lives and 364 were injured in the November 3 Jajarkot earthquake. Over 26,000 houses were completely destroyed while over 35,000 were partially damaged across 13 districts. There is thus a need for massive reconstruction and rehabilitation works.
