49 COVID-19-infected critical at Bheri Hospital

RANJHA: Forty-nine persons infected with coronavirus who are receiving treatment at Bheri Hospital, Nepalgunj have become serious.

Among 74 infected ones receiving treatment at Covid-19 ward, 49 have critical condition while seven are being treated with ventilator support, according to Tej Oli, resource persons at district Covid-19 crisis management centre. Banke district alone has recorded 59 fatalities due to Covid-19 while the total death in the district has reached 93. Currently, there are 282 active positive cases of infection.
