Toddler drowns

Bhadrapur (Jhapa), Dec 29: A three-year-old baby boy drowned in a water ditch while playing in front of his house at Jhapa Rural Municipality-2 in Jhapa district on Sunday.
Dibansh Kandel, who was rushed to the Birta City Hospital after the incident, died while receiving treatment, according to the District Police Office, Jhapa.
