Rainfall damage to highways estimated at Rs 12.38 Billion, all highways expected to reopen within three days

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport has announced that all highways and feeder roads closed due to continuous rainfall on October 4 and 5 will be fully reopened within three days.
