Foreigners are planning play-ground in Mustang : K.P. Sharma Oli

Kathmandu, March 4: Foreigners are planning to make a play ground in Mustang to open a Buddhist college, according to CPN-UML Chairman K.P. Sharma Oli. He stated that the plan to build the Play ground has already been advanced. Speaking at a program organized by the local level employees’ union on Saturday, Chairman Oli described the plan as a national initiative.

“The establishment of the university (Mustang Buddhist College) in Mustang is foreign investment. It is an attack on national sovereignty. It is a betrayal against the friendly nation of China,” said Chairman Oli. “The plan was to double down in 2031 on a large scale. It rejected the country’s sovereignty and denied its independence,” he added, stating that the university had become a cover-up for other shady activities. He accused them of focusing on uranium in the area where the plan for the play-gruound was proposed. “They had looked for it before in 2031. It was below Chamé in Marpha. Now, they are looking for it above Lomanthang. Where there are no residents, they establish a university! Special-purpose trees are the only things that grow there,” Chairman Oli satires.
