Patan High Court Denies Interim Order to Halt CDS and Clearing Ltd. MD Praveen Pandey from Work

Kathmandu. The Patan High Court has rejected the interim order sought to stop Praveen Pandey, Managing Director of CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), from performing his duties. A joint bench of Justices Somakanta Mainali and Narayan Prasad Subedi issued this order on Friday.

The court determined that issuing an immediate interim order was unnecessary, stating that the matter would be addressed during the final hearing after seeking a written response from the opposition.
