13 Nepalis and 6 Indians missing in the Kedarnath landslip

Kathmandu: Thirteen Nepalis and six Indians have been reported missing in the recent landslide at Gaurikund, located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India. The landslide occurred during heavy rainfall.

In the main access point to Kedarnath, the landslide has buried three hotels that were being operated by Nepalis. Among the missing are seven members of a family from Patarasi-3, Jumla, including 28-year-old Amar Bohora, his 26-year-old wife Anita, their 14-year-old daughter Radhika, 8-year-old daughter Pinky, 7-year-old son Prithvi, 6-year-old son Jatil, and 3-year-old son Vikil.
