Constitutional compliance ignored on Citizenship Bill: Minister Bhusal

Minister for Energy, Water Resource and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal inaugurates 15th annual general meeting of Shankhadhar Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization at Madhyapurthimi on Saturday.

KATHMANDU: Minister for Energy, Water Resource and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal asserted that the ceremonial President did not comply with the Constitution while abstaining of certifying the Citizenship Bill which was endorsed by the House of Representatives and National Assembly twice.
