Penguin Random House India is releasing a book titled ‘Kathmandu Chronicle: Reclaiming India-Nepal Relations’ on April 30. Co-authored by former member of the Indian foreign service, KV Rajan, and policy professional Atul K Thakur, the book delves into the complex historical and contemporary ties between India and Nepal.
