Ten writ petitions filed at SC against HoR dissolution

KATHMANDU, Oct 15: As many as 10 writ petitions have been filed at the Supreme Court (SC) challenging the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR). The petitions contend that every step—from the appointment of the Prime Minister Sushila Karki to the dissolution of HoR—was unconstitutional.
