Lalbakaiya River runs dry

RAUTAHAT, June 12: Lalbakaiya river located in the central part of Rautahat has run dry. The river dried for the first time after 7 decades due to drought.

Regardless of the situation, water used to flow in the Lalbakaiya River from Katahariya Ghat to Dewahi Gonahi Maulapur Ghat in all seasons. But because of the increase in heat, the water has dried up from Katharia Ghat to Moulapur Ghat in the last few days.
