Kathmandu. Senior leader and Prime Minister Balen Shah did not attend the parliamentary party meeting called by the ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairman Rabi Lamichhane on Wednesday. Questions have been raised due to the absence of the parliamentary party leader in the meeting made mandatory for government ministers and MPs. While Chairman Lamichhane was discussing with ministers and MPs at the parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Shah was busy preparing for the performance evaluation agreement with the chief secretary and ministers at the Prime Minister's Office.
Prime Minister Shah, who also holds the responsibility of Defense Minister, was present in the meeting called by Lamichhane, along with Physical Infrastructure Minister Sunil Lamsal and Energy Minister Biraj Shrestha, but all other ministers were present.
