Makwanpur. Kailash Rural Municipality has approved the 'Teacher Bank Management Procedure-2083'. The rural municipality's executive meeting approved the Teacher Bank Management Procedure to make teacher management in community schools more systematic, effective, and needs-based.

The procedure prepared by the Kailash Rural Education Committee was approved by the rural municipality's executive meeting held on Thursday. With its approval, the problems seen in the management of teacher vacancies and human resources in community schools within the rural municipality will be resolved.
