Humans are not resources but possibilities: Nepal’s business sector needs to understand

Generally, the business sector perceives humans as resources to perform the assigned duties and responsibilities within a given time frame to achieve the stated goals (either individual or institutional level). To some extent, I personally agree with the matter of humans as a resource .

Our curriculum and custom are always talking about humans as resources and to some extent utilise the human as resources rather than motivating to be the possibility, either at an individual or institutional level. I believe that human is the possibility because dream only comes true with enthusiastic and energetic people working around for a successful journey, and the business sector in Nepal and elsewhere needs to learn this.
