Preparation on to send two elephants to Qatar as gift

Nepal decided to present the animals after Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani appreciated Nepal’s conservation efforts during his state visit in April last year.

Nepal is preparing to send two young elephants from Chitwan National Park to Qatar as a diplomatic gift.
