Flood Devastates Bhote Koshi Area, Over 1000 Dead, Thousands Missing

Rescue and relief efforts are ongoing in the affected areas following the devastating flood in the Bhote Koshi region of Rasuwa on Bhadra 10, but the situation remains challenging. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority's report as of Tuesday evening 6 PM, the death toll from this disaster has reached 1,050, while 3,916 people are still out of contact.

Despite such a large number of missing persons, their relatives are in confusion and distress as detailed information about them has not been made public.
