NPC carrying out quarterly progress review of ministries

Kathmandu - The National Planning Commission (NPC) has been conducting the quarterly review of various ministries. In this connection, the progress review of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, the Ministry of Forests and Environment, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Water Supply and Sanitation, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security was conducted on Tuesday, the second day of the review seminar.

The ministries had made their presentation on the occasion. The meeting was held virtually and chaired by NPC Vice Chairman Prof Dr Pushpa Raj Kandel. In the meeting, Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture Yogendra Karki, Secretary at the Ministry of Forests and Environment Bishwonath Oli, Secretary at the Ministry of Water Supply Madhu Belbase, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism Kamal Prasad Bhattarai, Secretary at the Ministry of Industry Baikuntha Aryal and Secretary at the Ministry of Labour Toyam Raya had presented the first quarterly report of their respective ministries.
