Swine Flu Cases Rise in India, Health Authorities Alert

New Delhi. Health bodies have adopted a precautionary approach as the infection of swine flu, or H1N1 virus, has increased in at least 6 states including Delhi, India.

As the infection is increasing, states including Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab have issued health advisories and directed hospitals to be in a state of readiness.
