Efforts on to open two-way traffic

Kathmandu - Efforts are being made to resume two-way traffic along the Anbukhaireni-Muglin road section of Tanahu. The road section was obstructed by dry mudslide since Friday morning. One-way traffic resumed yesterday itself with the joint initiative of the Anbukhaireni rural municipality and Department of Roads.

The incident took place near Ainapahara in ward no. 2 of the rural municipality. A dozer is being used to clear the debris along the road and two-way traffic will take some time, said DSP at the District Police Office, Tanahu Yubaraj Timilsena. Huge rocks that have fallen on the road needs to removed.
