KATHMANDU, July 9: The ruling party's top leader has started a meeting with the opposing CPN-UML to clear the obstruction of the parliament.

After the decision of the ruling coalition, Congress President Sherbahadur Deuwa reached Singhadurbar for a meeting with KP Sharma Oli.
