KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) here today filed a corruption case at the Special Court against former vice-chancellor of the Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute for Health Sciences (BPKIHS) Dr Balabhadra Prasad Das.
